Water from the Schwarzbrunn spring
Our brewing water comes from the Schwarzbrunn spring in Mauthen. We source malt from Weyermann in Bamberg and STAMAG in Austria.
Reusable bottles on site
In 2024 we invested in our reusable bottle line. The Gailtaler range comes in 0.5-litre reusable glass bottles. Find return information in the online shop.
